TEN OF WATER (rev)
This fortnight we deal with illusions, limiting beliefs and actions that are keeping us from reaching our dreams.
Yes, I know it’s getting a little tiresome, but we are here at this time and as such we are a part of this universal shift that’s taking place whether we like it or not. The more you resist the changes and the growth that your soul is guiding you towards, the more of a struggle it becomes and you may in turn make your journey more difficult than it needs to be.
What can we learn from all of these challenges? Well, we learn exactly what we’re made of, what we’ll tolerate, what we’re ready to embrace, what we’re ready to release and what we definitely don’t want to experience again. Each of these bring with them many elements that intertwine with each other and other people and bring immense growth to those who are ready to step up and face what’s being asked of them.
Over the last few months we’ve been faced with limiting beliefs that we may or may not have created ourselves, those that have been passed on over generations or perhaps even picked up more recently from the changing global consciousness. At times we are able to reach these beliefs ourselves with dedication and delving deep within the psyche to recover those aspects of ourselves no longer ‘fit’ with who we are transforming into; other times we are brought face to face with them as they are reflected back at us either by others or from events that occur in our lives; it is also possible to see a reflection in a news story that shifts something deep within us that we might not yet be aware of, but in the coming days we begin to feel ‘off’ as the old belief begins to shift through our awareness and prepares for its release.
At this time, it’s crucial that we are in touch with our truth so that we can replace these outdated beliefs with new more appropriate ones that fit who we are at the present time - don’t worry if you feel as though you cannot find the words to articulate what it is that you believe, feel and represent right now; this expression will be made in other ways.
Always remember that as we grow emotionally, spiritually, physically and mentally our beliefs will change, so don’t feel that what you’re creating and intending today has to be something that will see you through your days - in each moment we are growing, learning about our self, getting in touch with those lost parts of Self that are ready to surface, we prepare to release the old and make way for the new energies that will sustain us for as long as they need to - that is until the next shift is called forth from the depths of our soul.
This fortnight, bravely face what is surfacing for you, meet it with compassion and an open heart - the element of water represents our feelings and emotions, so embrace them and allow them to guide you to a more authentic version of yourSelf and in doing so you will be able to express your truth in the world. These energies are about honouring the Self, speaking our truth and accepting all parts of ourselves (and others) as they are, knowing that at each moment we are each expressing our truth (or a version of) in the best way we know how. Patience and non-judgement, acceptance and willingness to change will get you far.
Final words: trust in yourSelf, trust that others are doing the best they can, and allow each person to find their own way; we can provide advice and support, but ultimately it is up to the individual to forge their own path. If you find yourself tempted to ‘right’ someone’s decisions or actions, take a moment to look within and see what part of you needs love and attention at that moment. Remember it’s all about reflections!
