Clove 15ml
Clove has a sweet, spicy fragrance that is stimulating and revitalising. It encourages sleep, stimulates dreams and can instil a sense of protection and courage.
Clove is an important ingredient in Young Living’s Thieves® blend; its principal constituent is eugenol, an element that was used in the dental industry to numb gums.
Clove oil can be used to encourage trust, inner warmth and regeneration. It supports creativity, focus, happiness and self-awareness. Emotionally, clove helps us to move forward, make things happen, achieve as much as your spirit can without harming others. 1

Healers in China and India have used clove buds since ancient times as part of their treatments.

Dill 5ml
Dill has a spicy, fresh scent that is stimulating, revitalising and balancing. When diffused or inhaled directly, dill is known to calm the mind and body.
Dill supports a healthy digestive system. Dill seeds were reportedly chewed by early Americans during church services to combat hunger pangs.
Dill is used to encourage tenderness, transformation, harmony, soothing and calm. With optimism, dill shows us a clear way to complete the tasks we undertake on life’s journey. 2
Application:
Aromatic via direct inhalation or diffused in a cold-air diffuser to cleanse, purify and refresh the atmosphere, mind, body and spirit; dilution required for topical application on location or abdomen; used as a dietary supplement.
CAUTION: photosensitivity – avoid using on skin exposed to direct sunlight or UV rays for 24-48 hours.

Eucalyptus Blue 5ml
Eucalyptus Blue is grown and distilled at Young Living’s Ecuador farm. It also acts as an insect repellent in the home or outside.
Eucalyptus Blue has a fresh, balanced, calming and invigorating aroma.
This is the only eucalyptus that has been found in the world today that does not cause an allergic reaction in people who have allergies to eucalyptol.
This essential oil supports healthy respiratory function and soothes sore muscles.
Application:
Aromatic via direct inhalation or diffused in a cold-air diffuser to cleanse, purify and refresh the atmosphere, mind, body and spirit; dilution required for topical application; applied on the chakras; used during energetic/vibrational healing; NOT to be used as a dietary supplement.
CAUTION: large amounts of eucalyptus may be toxic. Keep out of reach of children.

Fennel 15ml
Fennel has a sweet, earthy, anise-like aroma that is encouraging, revitalising and balancing.
It promotes feelings of wellbeing for women and supports women’s health. Promotes and supports healthy digestion.
Fennel oil encourages feelings of balance, motivation, clarity, perseverance, courage, confidence and assertiveness, and helps counteract mental and emotional blockages, fear of failure, and lack of creativity. 3
Application:
Aromatic via direct inhalation or diffused in a cold-air diffuser to cleanse, purify and refresh mind, body and spirit, and the atmosphere, especially after energy work; topical application - dilute with a carrier oil for sensitive skin; used as a dietary supplement.
CAUTION: Avoid using if epileptic.

Ginger 5ml
Ginger has a warm, spicy fragrance that is gentle, yet energising. It has been written that Ginger instils courage.
Ginger supports the digestive system and is commonly used to soothe digestive discomfort. Traditionally used for nausea, use prior to and during travel.
Ginger has been known to increase stamina. It is warming and soothing when used in massage to relieve muscular aches and pains.
Ginger’s stimulating properties make it helpful for strengthening the immune system. Ginger’s fragrant influence encourages warmth, empathy, courage, optimism, and helps discourage a sense of purposelessness, apathy, burnout, fatigue, loneliness, and sadness. 4

Goldenrod 5ml
The genus name, Solidago, comes from the Latin solide, which mean “to make whole”.
Goldenrod has traditionally been used to support a healthy circulatory system, and promote urinary and liver health.
Goldenrod has a relaxing and calming fragrance.

Grapefruit 15ml
The sweet, zest aroma of grapefruit is uplifting, revitalizing, refreshing and relaxing. Grapefruit has a calming fragrance that can bring a sense of wholeness and emotional calm to the mind, body and spirit.
Grapefruit is very rich in the powerful antioxidant di-limonene which supports a healthy immune system.
Great for the skin and when applied to targeted areas prior to exercise.
