THE DEVIL (rev)
I'll be honest with you, I wasn’t surprised to see this card pop up for this fortnight’s reading, so let’s see what messages it has for us, shall we?
The way is being prepared for us to become more accountable and responsible for our our own lives. We are being shown, or will be very soon, that the ways and means to which we have become accustomed no longer serve us. Once we have seen what is no longer working in our lives, we cannot un-see what has been shared with us. What we have been experiencing in recent times, was a prelude to what’s yet to come.
The way in which you will be shown what has out-lived its purpose will be delivered to you in a way in which you cannot deny what you’re being shown, taught or told. We are all going through a time of immense change and as such, what has worked in the past may need to be released from our lives completely in order for a new and more fitting way to emerge within and through us.
In the coming days, you can accelerate this process by looking at your own life and seeing where you no longer resonate with things, people, events, or even your work - don’t be surprised by what comes up for you. You might even find that it’s something that on the surface appears to be working well, but beneath the surface there’s nothing sustaining it anymore.
I’m being shown that many of us will be making decisions that change our lives in significant ways in the coming weeks and months. Of course, as always, the final decision is yours - well sort of, you can resist as much as you want, but this will make your life more difficult than it needs to be; are you ready to step out of the victim mode of the old mentality and into the flow of empowerment and creativity of the new way of being?
I sense that many great changes will be made before the end of this year, clearing the way for all of the rewards that you’ve been working towards to enter your life, or at least your awareness in the early stages of the new year.
Yes, it does seem a little odd to be speaking of the new year, but hasn’t time as we’ve known it changed? Have you felt that there’s a sense of urgency in the air that seems to have come on over the last month or so? What I’m being guided to share is that it’s crucial that you remain grounded as you go through these changes, especially as you begin to make progress with goals that you have set or are about to set for yourself. Scattered energy will only hinder your progress.
A clearer understanding is on the horizon, but first the work must be done. The advice for the coming weeks and months is to remain true to yourSelf, honour your intuition, seek guidance if and when necessary, but most of all, keep moving towards your goals. Do not become disheartened if your path changes or you experience challenges and obstacles frequently, this means that as you gain confidence, you become more aligned with the Higher Path that is calling you - and this is more often than not, so much more than we can ever imagine for ourselves, so be prepared to shift and change direction. Remember that you would not be given this work to do if you didn’t have it in you to accomplish what’s being asked of you.
Don’t forget to enjoy the scenery along the way! The scenery adds to the overall journey and you may be called upon to draw on what you’ve experienced along the way so that you may in turn help others who are experiencing what you’ve just mastered.
Finding those that are on a similar path is increasingly important as they will become the ‘tribe’ that will help you through what’s coming. Those currently in your life may not understand the enormity of the responsibility that Source has in store for you, so it may be wise to only share what needs to be shared at this time (if anything) so that insecurity and indecision don’t creep in. You can expect to make new connections and friendships along the way.
We are on the precipice of a major shift, not only individually, but also as a collective. The energies are building to help you break free.
