17 September 2018 - 1st Quarter Moon
At this first quarter phase we have found one or two things that we’d like to focus on for the remainder of the lunar month - until the next New Moon. The New Moon supported us as we sat in the darkness and slowly started to bring into our awareness the pieces of the puzzle that we needed to gather in the lead up to the crescent phase.
From the crescent phase, we were supported as we began to hone in on what it is that our Soul is ready for us to focus on, and bring to fruition over the next few weeks, or in the case of long-term projects, over the coming months. We’ve been gifted what is needed to create and establish a strong foundation for the coming months and even possibly years, depending on the project that we’re working on, so pay attention to any surprising gifts, talents or abilities that seemingly spring from nowhere.
As we head into the Spring Equinox this coming weekend, we may find that there’s a sense of urgency to finish up projects that we’ve left lingering in the background for way too long, or we may even decide that it might be time to release the unfinished ones - if we’re honest with ourselves, we’ll know exactly which category each falls into so that we can clear the decks to make way for what is ready to enter before the end of 2018 and even as soon as the end of this month.
Yes, there are exciting times ahead - times when we can usher in the beginnings of the life we’ve been working to manifest. Although at this point in time it feels way off, it’s really not that far off. The only thing we need to decide for ourselves is how easy we choose to make it for ourselves and whether we do indeed want to choose that experience.
We can struggle through the remaining three and a half months, which has been the way that we’ve operated for most of this year, or we can choose to look for the lesson, to look for the gift, to look for an alternate perspective, or alternative way of doing things to help us reach the goal that’s firmly in mind in a more supportive and engaged manner.
In order to do that, it’s imperative that we unite the energies of the mind, body and Soul to bring about a cohesive result that supports not only us as we work to manifest it into the physical realm, but to support others too, so that all individual parts bring their strengths to benefit the whole.

I tune in to the current energies and list some general symptoms that most of us are experiencing. I then follow up with some remedies that can help us to move through the symptoms and into a more balanced state of being.

🔥 Symptoms, shifts & transformations …
Spinal flush...
It’s been a while since I’ve mentioned spinal flushes as the symptoms have been quite minor. Over weekend, and possibly since late last week for some, the lower- and mid-back especially have felt out of whack.
There’s been what feels like an energetic build up that feels physically like congestion - a feeling of fullness and even possibly great discomfort in the area that just doesn’t feel as though it’s shifting through.
It may cause secondary symptoms of constipation or diarrhoea depending on your digestive system’s sensitivity. Also bloating and general sluggish digestive processes.
What I’m being shown is that this is occurring because of the resistance that we have to ‘clearing’ the decks to make way for the new energies that are headed our way. What is going to happen is that the energies are going to flow in and through anyway, so it’s important that we take a look at WHY we are resisting, what we are afraid of receiving, and even what we do not want to release.
You might be surprised to discover how seemingly irrelevant the cause of the discord is once you stumble upon it, but if you’re able to follow the breadcrumbs, you’ll find how it has gathered momentum and strength over the course of your life, making it the powerful force that it has become.
Imagine for a moment if we channelled all of that energy into creating flow and peace in our lives instead...wouldn’t that be something?!
Solar flares, volcanic activity, cyclones and other atmospheric phenomenon...
The last few weeks have had a lot of atmospheric and inner Earth activity which as you know by now wreaks havoc with our physical and energetic bodies. Some experience sleeplessness or uncharacteristic changes in sleep patterns - although these uncharacteristic changes are becoming more and more regular; others experience an energetic pressure or build up in the neck and head leading to headaches and migraines; for others their eating patterns might change; whilst others seem to take it all in their stride.
We’re all learning (hopefully) what our body’s messages are and what they mean for us, some might even be able to prepare ahead of time by already being aware of their own personal signals.
These let’s call them environmental changes affect our mental state, our physical well-being and our spiritual growth and development and can be a hindrance or a blessing depending on the person who is experiencing them and their perspective.
Dulled senses...
Some have reported feelings or sensations of dulled senses. This is your body’s way of dealing with the incoming energies and their integration. Some faculties, for example the mind might feel dull and slow, but this is a sign (not in all cases of course) that there are immense physical upgrades taking place for that individual.
Others might experience a sudden ‘connection’ or super clear and highly perceptive states of being where their psychic senses are heightened and can be tuned into to help navigate their current situation. Don’t be surprised if you stumble upon dormant gifts and abilities that are awakening at this time.
