13 February 2019 - 1st Quarter Moon in ♉ Taurus @ 9.26am AEDT
At this point in the lunar cycle we notice that the energy begins to pick up - we begin to feel inspired to get things moving, to take action upon the visions and inspirations we received at the New Moon the week before and depending upon our individual sensitivities, we begin to sense what might possibly get in our way as we continue to work on our goals, dreams and visions as we head towards the Full Moon next week.
The energies and symptoms that we’ve been feeling and experiencing over the last week are to be expected after such a powerful Aquarius New Moon last week - a moon that had us raring to go, ready to plan and implement, and implement we shall, over the coming days...allow each project to speak to you of its individual and personal timeline, allow it to speak of its readiness to enter the next stage, and you’ll find that the more aware and present you are, the more you’ll be able to decipher these (at times) subtle energetic shifts. Keep that in mind as you work on the project at hand - over the life of the project as well as over the coming days.
The energies have been challenging and intense over the last week, but I don’t need to tell you that, right?
This happened as it usually does after a (usually short yet intense) period of inspiration that increases our personal vibration - when this happens, our physical bodies are flooded with the high vibrational frequencies that stream forth as insights and inspiration. As our physical bodies are a container, they can only hold so much vibrational energy and so these higher energies begin to dislodge the existing energies that we’ve been holding onto - imagine a centrifuge that spins, leaving behind all sorts of gunk stuck in the crevices of the receptacle. This is what I call energetic debris - and if you’ve been following me for sometime, you’ve heard that term many times. As the high vibrational energies fill our bodies, they begin to dislodge this energetic debris which is what causes us to feel off.
If I’ve explained that clearly, you’ll have a better understanding of why we feel off a few days after being on such a vibrational high.
♉ Taurus energies…
In general, Taurean energy moves more slowly, it is more steady and takes time to appreciate its surroundings - most often what it has been able to gather through hard and dedicated work. It believes strongly in living an abundant and prosperous life, because they believe they deserve it - and they do...and so do YOU. Taurus energy is sensual - not in a sexual way - it takes the time to appreciate and value the beauty in its surroundings. Taurus enjoys the natural world as it finds creative inspiration there that it can bring back into its life in a grounded and practical way to enhance its surroundings even further.
🌓1st quarter Moon in ♉ Taurus energies…
Over the last few days, many have been struggling with what can best be described as a sluggish mind - thoughts don't seem to form as well as they usually do, leading to procrastination, which seems to be at an all-time high right now. An inability to focus and concentrate threatens and most often does derail any plans we might have had about putting in an exceptionally productive week - don’t fret though, we’re only halfway through and the rest of the week looks promising.
It has been extremely challenging to bring together and consolidate the mental and action-taking parts of ourselves. It seems that no matter how much effort we put in, there's something there that just isn't gelling.
We have difficulty expressing and creating our vision because what we feel is making its way through us and into the world is being pushed through the filter of the mind where control and doing things by the book or in an acceptable way seem to contradict our emotions. And then there’s the feminine energies of flow and allowing that are coursing through our body and are desiring to be expressed somehow.
So what could be graceful, empowering and powerful becomes a disjointed attempt at mentally bringing together the elements of what is desiring/being called to be created in the world - not only for us, but for all of those whom our actions and work will touch.
On the other hand, we have the realm of the subconscious and its representation through our dreams - the night time as well as the daydream variety, visions and fantasies that fill the hours, allowing us to escape reality - because the struggle between the mind, the emotions and what we’re being called to create seems too hard, extremely disjointed, and not quite complete.
What happens then, is that our emotions colour our perception of what we are experiencing as we interact with the world around us - this means that we don't seem to be able to think straight because our (uninvestigated) emotions are overwhelming us to the point of distraction and inertia. But it really is complete, it's our perception of its incompleteness that's creating the challenge, struggle and tension in and of our daily life.
If we just allowed things to show up exactly as they are, then things would most definitely flow as they are meant to - without interference from the mind that causes the impression of constriction, limitation and our feeble attempts to fit in and do what might be acceptable to others - rather than honouring the Self, which is truly what this journey is all about.
Well, I don’t know about you, but just by channelling this guidance for us all, I’ve been able to initiate a shift and experience some healing in my own life - it is my heartfelt wish that you receive the healing energies of this message so that you too can begin to implement the changes that you know need to be manifested for the highest and greatest good of all..
