28 March 2019 - 3rd Quarter Moon in ♑ Capricorn @ 3.09pm AEDT
By this point in the lunar cycle we have been able to see what is ready to bear fruit (at the Full Moon last week) and we now begin to feel a sense of urgency as we feel the need to bring our dreams, goals and visions to the completion of their current stage or place the finishing touches on a project that has been our focus for some time.
In the coming days we will feel a natural urge to slowly begin withdrawing from the world around us so that we can recharge and rejuvenate for the next lunar month. So over the next 3-5 days, make the most of the current energies, tie up loose ends and honour the call and need to go within when it comes.
For now, tend to the tasks that need more of your energy. As we head into the early part of next week, we will start to sense new potential opening up to us - there isn’t anything that NEEDS to be done at this stage, just take notes and feel into which of those ideas is growing and expanding.
♑ Capricorn energies…

Capricorn energy is ambitious, it is driven and is dedicated to achieving results. It isn’t afraid of hard work, in fact Capricorn seems to find surprisingly complex ways to do even the simplest of tasks; and when he’s not doing that, he’s getting to work on the tasks that others find too challenging. He isn’t afraid of obstacles or challenges, they seem to activate his love of dedicated action and overcoming what once felt insurmountable.
Capricorn wants to keep working towards goals and staying on track, he isn’t concerned so much with what things look like, more that things are getting done and that progress is being made - he’s always looking for something to do.
Capricorn calls upon us to take a more practical approach to life, reminding us not to get distracted by the shiny objects, but to remain focused on the task at hand, and then once that’s done, maybe he’ll take a break - a short one - before moving onto the next project.
🌗 3rd Quarter Moon in ♑ Capricorn energies…
The energies of this Capricorn 3rd quarter Moon are perfect for putting the finishing touches on our current projects as it enables us to remain focused, on track and aligned with the end goal which ties in perfectly with Mercury ending his retrograde cycle on 29 March - you may have already noticed that Mercury shifted gears around lunch-time on Tuesday.
Mercury will remain in the retrograde shadow phase until April 17, but NOW is the perfect time to really get into the tasks on our to-do lists and to re-do, revise, revisit, and reflect on what is really important to us as we move into the next stage of our healing journey. Don’t be surprised if more than half of the things on your list are ready to be released - Mercury is wonderful at showing us what is no longer working or needed.
Back to the Capricorn Moon energies...begin to pay attention and take note of what LIGHTS YOU UP as these will be indicators of what your Purpose or Soul’s Work will entail. Take heed of the insights and inspiration that comes your way and KNOW that you’ve got this!
If your Soul is bringing these to your awareness, it’s because you’re ready, on some level, to take the next step into advancing your personal and spiritual growth.
On the topic of advancement and growth - many will find an almost sudden urge to begin teaching or even taking their learning to a deeper level. There’s so much from our Inner Self that’s calling our attention and for those brave enough to honour the nudges, much will be gained.
As we embark upon this new chapter, we must remain vigilant not to get too caught up in the details of things, what benefits us more at this time is the actual DOING rather than doing it perfectly - see it as taking imperfect action and getting things done rather than getting them right the first time around. Research some inventors to see what I mean by this - you think they got their product right the first time?
As you practice and hone your craft you become the go-to person and when you know your stuff, others will flock to you.
