The Full Moon is the midpoint of the lunar cycle - at this stage of the cycle we are called to look at the full picture of what it is that we are working towards or dealing with in our life.
When Grandmother Moon reaches 100% illumination there is not much that will remain hidden from us. At the same time, if we focus too much on one area we will be doing ourselves a disservice because we will effectively be preventing ourselves from seeing the full picture, which is where the details reside. Be mindful of what it is that you’re working on or have in front of you, but also pay attention to what’s taking place around you as this will also inform the overall situation.
At the Full Moon and up to two to three days after, the energies are great for finishing up the task at hand - the projects and tasks that we’ve been working on since the New Moon or even from an earlier cycle - remember not everything that is started at the New Moon is meant to be completed by the Full Moon of the same lunar cycle; each project has its own time frame and life cycle, yet we sometimes forget that this is the case and attempt to take on way too much, which leads to overwhelm as well as physical, emotional and mental dis-ease.
So if you’re feeling overwhelmed, panicky or anxious, take some time and see what ACTUALLY needs to get done, and leave the rest for another time. Leave some space in your schedule for YOU as your sleep may be affected. Unresolved emotions usually surface at this time in the lunar cycle, so ensure that you factor in some you-time so that you can recharge your batteries.
♑ Capricorn energies…

Capricorn energy is ambitious, it is driven and is dedicated to achieving results. It isn’t afraid of hard work, in fact Capricorn seems to find surprisingly complex ways to do even the simplest of tasks; and when he’s not doing that, he’s getting to work on the tasks that others find too challenging. He isn’t afraid of obstacles or challenges, they seem to activate his love of dedicated action and overcoming what once felt insurmountable.
Capricorn wants to keep working towards goals and staying on track, he isn’t concerned so much with what things look like, it’s more important that things are getting done and that progress is being made - he’s always looking for something to do.
Capricorn calls upon us to take a more practical approach to life, reminding us not to get distracted by shiny objects, but to remain focused on the task at hand, and then once that’s done, maybe he’ll take a break - a short one - before moving onto the next project.

Eclipses have a 6-12 month window, so you want to make sure that whatever you’re thinking about, working on and planning are as aligned with your goals, visions and dreams as possible.
Eclipses bring about a quickening - which can show up for you as a sense of time speeding up, feeling the inner urge to ‘get things done ASAP’, feeling the need to initiate certain things in your life and business, and they bring about many thoughts and internal pressures that make us feel that we NEED to be or SHOULD be anywhere other than where we are. You can think of eclipses as a powerful restart or recalibration.
This Full Moon and partial lunar eclipse has had many feeling out of sorts over the last week or so - remember we have been in the eclipse portal since the New Moon/total solar eclipse two weeks ago. Many have been experiencing immense physical dis-ease along with emotional ups and downs that have brought deep insights into our inner workings, the way we work, and the way in which we relate to others in our day-to-day lives as well as karmic ties, past life lessons, etc.
The energies of this Moon and eclipse bring together the emotional Sun in Cancer and the emotional/reflective Moon in Capricorn which means that we have been focused on the home and/or our sacred space/place as well as how we can do more in terms of our work - i.e. efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, connectedness to our vision, mission and Purpose, and making heart-centred connections with those we work with, whether they are staff, clients, suppliers, etc.
Whether you work for yourself or someone else, your attention and insights will inform you of what is needed to get the job at hand finished or at least well underway - especially for those projects/tasks that you keep carrying over to the next week or month. There’s a sense of urgency to complete these tasks/projects so that we can clear the slate for the work that’s coming our way as we head into the final months of 2019 - especially with the intense alignment/ascension energies coming our way next month.
We’re currently operating under the energies of five planets (Mercury, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, and Pluto) and an asteroid (Chiron) who are undergoing their retrograde cycles, helping us to find out what really calls to us, what our life/work needs from us and what we’re willing to do in order to initiate the changes that our ‘new life’ needs from us over the coming months, so do make sure that you factor these in as well as these are contributing to our feelings of ‘being put through the wringer’.
