The New Moon and two to three days before for going within, to honour the darkness - the dark space/energy from which life is conceived; the feminine-creative energy.
Here is where we meet and (hopefully) sit with what is stirring within. It’s a time to slow down, not necessarily stop, a time to connect with and trust and honour your intuition.
Here is where we begin to feel into what our Soul requires from us for the lunar month ahead. And here is where all potential exists - this is where we begin to sense the dreams, visions and fears that have been awaiting the right time to surface.
The New Moon, for me is the time to sit and pay attention to the whispers of my Soul, to honour the needs of my body and Soul. It’s a time to recharge, to replenish my energy reserves and to begin to energetically prepare for the lunar month ahead.
It’s about two to three days after the New Moon, when the silver sliver of the Crescent Moon appears in the daytime sky, that it’s time to get clear on our goals for the coming month and begin to formulate a plan of action from what our Soul has been collecting and sharing during the Dark of Moon/New Moon time - allowing for ebbs and flows, shifts and changes.
♑️ Capricorn energies…
Capricorn, ruled by Saturn, highlights limitations and restrictions that we place on ourselves as well as those imposed upon us by society and those who have come before us.
One the other hand, it can help us to harness the gifts and blessings that we obtain as we mature, which can assist us as we lead the way for others.
Capricorn is the mage, the wisdom keeper to whom we turn when we find ourselves troubled and feeling trapped. S/he helps us - albeit somewhat cryptically - to decipher the themes and patterns in and of our lives so that we may evolve.
Traditionally, Capricorn is said to be stubborn, believing that her/his way is the only way, they are also prone to bouts of depression, and they tend to have a melancholy view of the world, expressing weariness at the perceived weight of the task ahead of them even before they take the first step. This reaction comes from a lifetime of perceived disappointments, which they have decided were done to them, rather than taking and accepting responsibility for their part - this isn't always possible however, as they may not always be surrounded by the most supportive people - misery loves company, right? Although it could just be that those in their life have realised the futility of attempting to coax Capricorn into the light when they would much rather prefer to loiter in the realm of the Victim and/or the Martyr. And so continues Capricorn's self-fulfilling prophecy.
Thankfully, as Capricorn matures they are able to see that the path was actually filled with gifts and blessings, although many do prefer to remain in the lower manifestation of Capricorn energies, sharing their sad story with any who will listen.
They are down-to-earth by nature, but have unfortunately forgotten this; somewhere along the way, they learned that it was more beneficial (in the old world matrix) to be the poor, hard-done-by soul who struggled with her/his demons, choosing to bury themselves in their work - for lack of awareness of their power and potential - working hard as a way to escape the heavy emotions that threaten to surface at any moment.
It's quite disheartening, because if they were able to see the light in all that they perceive to be dark in their life, the wisdom and knowledge that these souls can share with the world would be an absolute game changer.
Many Capricorn natives carry the weight of the world's problems on their shoulders, without even realising that it's not theirs to begin with. Somewhere, somehow, they have chosen to carry this burden to help humanity's evolution, but also along that same path, they have forgotten that it has been offered as a gift, a way to learn and teach, not to get lost in the details of hardships and troubles of the world, almost extinguishing their Light, which is of no benefit to anyone, least of all, dear Capricorn.
Capricorn is known to be a hermit, a recluse, they believe they thrive in isolation, and whilst there may be some merit to that, in moderation of course, the truth is that their wisdom and knowledge is very much needed in the world. The fact that they have kept themselves separate from the world for so long - even those who go about their lives participating in daily activities - they will forever carry around a deep-seated sense of loss, longing, and grief that no-one can shift...except for themselves, should they choose this.
But this is part of the Mystery: recovering their gifts amid what they perceive to be burdens, turmoil, and self-imposed separation. If they were to become able to shift their perception - ever so slightly - to even entertain a different possibility, then, wow, the amount of shift that they could effect on the world would be enormous.
🌑 New Moon in ♑️ Capricorn
This Capricorn New Moon and the lead up to, has been quite uncomfortable for many. She has highlighted where and how we prevent ourselves from feeling the feelings and emotions that have been tucked away into the deepest, darkest recesses of our inner realms - there is no way to avoid them now, they are in plain sight for all to see.
The underlying energies of this New Moon is transformation and alchemy, and with that comes a purge; one that although initially unsettling, paves the way for not only a deeper understanding of self/Self and humanity, but also of the processes and traditions that have brought us to this point in our evolution. Yet, no matter how unsettling, it is nothing compared to the discomfort we would experience were we to choose to remain trapped in the old matrix and thought loops that helped fracture the structures that continue to crumble around us.
Our invitation is to sit with what surfaces for us, activating the Observer so that we can view ourselves, our situation, our circumstances, as well as what’s unfolding around us, from a soul-centred perspective. This will help us to see that the collective unrest is showing us exactly where our own energy, love, affection and attention needs to be at this pivotal time.

Capricorn energy supports us over the coming lunar month, helping us to continue focusing our efforts on our personal transformation. We will be asked to step into the depths of the/our discomfort to gather the unique gifts that we are here to share with the world.
There is an element of personal sacrifice on some level, however it’s important to maintain access to the Observer so that she can guide us on the highest vibrational path that's available to us at any given moment.
The steps that you’re being asked to take aren’t easy - you know by now that your path is one that brings deep transformation for self/Self and those with whom you have a Sacred Contract of Service, and that includes diving into the depths of the inner realms.
We are well beyond the fluffy spirituality of the old matrix. You, my love, are not here to sprinkle glitter everywhere and tell everyone that it’s about rainbows and butterflies, no, you are here to walk the path of the Dark Goddess, to enter the shadows, to reunite with your own Shadow, and if this makes you uncomfortable, good - it’s meant to: you are here to lead the way, you are a Lightbearer, a Wayshower, and that means getting in there and doing the uncomfortable inner work.
It will feel as though you’re in this alone a lot of the time. This you already know, but I will mention once more: this too has been written into your Contract; and the longer you deny the emerging details of your Contract, the more difficult your life becomes, and the longer those whom you are here to help will have to wait.

Acknowledge your thoughts, feelings and emotions: this is how we begin to unravel and dissolve their energetic charge - there’s a lot more to this, but that’s the portal you’re being asked to step through right now. Don't rush ahead, you are EXACTLY where you're supposed to be.
If you’re unsure about what you’re being asked to do, switch on the tv for a few minutes, the message and guidance you need will reveal itself. What causes discord within is what is most activated and ready to be unravelled at present. New Moon in Capricorn energies for business…
The first thing I want to say as I tune into the business energies is: this is a marathon, not a sprint. Everything that is happening in your personal life is intricately linked to the beautiful web that is your soul-inspired business.
Honour the energetic ebbs and flows so that you can harness the energies of each stage, which will ultimately assist with the overall running of your business, including magnetising your Sacred Soul Clients.
Capricorn is ruled by the element of earth, so we are well supported as we turn some of our attention to our Work and businesses. Capricorn energy helps us to take care of the day-to-day activities and tasks that help build long-lasting momentum and results that will support us energetically and physically into the future.
It is important to notice when you are being controlled by the mind to do things in the same old ways that up until now, haven't yielded all that much. There may be some tough calls to make about where your attention is being directed as you clear the path for new and exciting soul-guided options - that you may or may not already be sensing in the ethers.
Remember that what you put in is what you get out, this is especially true about your intentions. Pay attention to the energy of your intentions and/or affirmations as well as the words.
If something that you're investing your time and energy into doesn't light you up, investigate why. It could be that the energy force of that particular direction/project has expired, or that its alchemising potential has been fulfilled - it is your task then, to determine where your energy and attention is being directed so that you can begin to focus on what is ready for your love, affection and attention NOW.
